Project enquiries

Collect only what is needed to review a project enquiry.

The project brief asks for business contact and project-scope information. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive data.

Project brief submissions are stored privately for enquiry review and are not sold or published. Technical logs may record limited request metadata for security and reliability. The public site does not intentionally use advertising trackers.

Google Account data

A private, single-owner Gmail automation.

GF Web n8n Gmail is used only by GF Web's owner with gloryforestweb@gmail.com. Gmail read-only access is used for reply intake and thread matching. Gmail send access is used only for messages approved through GF Web's send controls. Gmail settings-basic access is used only to read and verify the configured Wendy Send-As identity; the automation does not change Gmail settings.

OAuth credentials are stored encrypted in GF Web's private, loopback-only n8n service. Inbound Gmail message content is processed transiently; Agency OS retains only bounded message and thread identifiers, addresses, timestamps, and cryptographic hashes rather than raw inbound Gmail payloads.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, shared with third parties, or used to train generalized AI models. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings. Questions about this integration can be sent to gloryforestweb@gmail.com.
